How do you buy airsoft guns overseas?Do you just buy it Or do customs confiscate it if you dont go through an armourer?
Im planning on buying a Gas Blow Back full metal can you just buy it if your over 18 but dont have a guns license and do you pay any tax or fees if its worth $180 NZ including shipping?

most of us here get our aegs abroad via online. i can only speak for the three of us brownman, boresight and me who had done our purchases online and never our aegs been confiscated (2006 onwards). i think there was a time when brownman and idol had theirs been confiscated by the customs' authorities. i think it was idol's purchase (circa 2006). ours are all aegs not gbb rifle. we got our gbbs (hand guns via online) but not the long arms. it is safer if you will just get the gbb rifle via judy. doon kumuha sina sir brownman. if you do the math its almost the same price than that of doing it online (overseas). the good thing is, its already here in nz you dont have to worry being confiscated (the semi-thingy).
